Things we are currently looking into:
When it comes to our produce lineup we are always looking to expand and don't want to leave it at just vegetables. Taking a look at Strawberries, Blueberries, Bok Choi, Carrots, and mushrooms is definitely a path we are looking to go down.
Keeping an eye on sustainability for our overall operation is something we do as well, this also means looking at bettering our current production methods. We are currently working towards/on:
-
zero waste water management
-
recycle and composting bi product
-
zero water runoff and biproducts
Our biggest goal however is a net zero energy consumption.
